The F.A.I.T.H. Program provides critical aftercare support for women transitioning from treatment, recovery, or incarceration. This trauma-informed, community-driven program focuses on the holistic healing of women, offering the resources, advocacy, and peer support needed for long-term success. Through F.A.I.T.H., women are empowered to heal, grow, and build self-sufficiency, creating lasting change for themselves and their families.
Follow-Up & Functional Planning (F)
We ensure continuity of care by helping women set personalized reentry and wellness goals. Through ongoing support, women are empowered to stay connected with the resources they need to succeed, guiding them through the next 6-12 months.
Advocacy for Systems Navigation (A)
Peer advocates support women through the complex systems of child welfare, legal matters, and housing, ensuring they have the assistance they need to navigate barriers and access resources for a fresh start.
Integration into Community Life (I)
Our program helps women establish new routines and supports their integration into community life. This includes assistance with accessing primary care, attending recovery meetings, and forming sustainable wellness practices to enhance family reunification and overall well-being.
Transformation through Self-Sufficiency (T)
The F.A.I.T.H. Program helps women gain independence by providing job readiness coaching, financial literacy workshops, GED/certification opportunities, and microgrants. Women learn the skills necessary to thrive and become financially self-sufficient.
Healing through Peer Support & Mental Health (H)
Our trained peer mentors provide culturally sensitive mental health support. This includes counseling services for perinatal and postpartum mental health, helping women address their emotional needs as they heal from past trauma.
